Hey Ladies!!
It’s a new month – which means it is time for a new CHALLENGE and I could not be more excited!!
There are so many ways that we can help our bodies and minds be healthier! In fact there are so many, that it can feel overwhelming to not know where to begin or what to change FIRST.
That is why we created our Besties Get Healthy Group on Facebook! A safe place for us all to improve our mental & physical health – while cheering & supporting each other along the way!
In February we focused on moving our bodies more! We set a goal to hit 10,000,000 STEPS as a Bestie Squad and we BLEW our goal out of the water – finishing at 13,532,864!
And now in March we are going to be focusing on DRINKING MORE WATER! Our goal for the month as a squad will be to drink 80,000 ounces of water! Can we do it?! I HOPE SO!! Let’s give it a try!
The challenge will be over the next 30 DAYS!! You can drink and eat whatever you want – but the only thing we will be keeping track of is our WATER in-take!
We invite you to download an app on your phone to keep track of your water every day – we have found that to be the best way. The app I will be using is called “DRINK WATER” but you can use any app you prefer!
At the end of the day, you will screenshot your number of ounces on the app and post it in our group! {Just like we did every night for our Bestie Step A Thon}
We also have created this FREE Printable for you to keep track of if you would like! You can do it in conjunction with the app tracker or in replacement of! {Just post a picture of it every night instead of the app}
We are so excited for this and hope you will join us to help hit our HUGE goal of 80,000 oz of water this month!! We will be filling up our Today’s The Best Day logo to keep track of our squad’s performance!
