Chunky Strawberry Frozen Energy Bowl Recipe

Hello friends! My name is Alitzah Evans and I write the blog Sparkles of Style! I live in the cold, boring state of Ohio but I work as a model which allows me to travel all over! I am so excited to be here on Today’s The Best Day sharing one of my favorite healthy snacks with you!

Most people go into the new year with the goal to live a healthier life, and I am no exception. One of my resolutions for this year is to make healthier choices when it comes to food, and that lead to me to find this recipe! If you live on the West Coast and are familiar with places like Jamba Juice, then this recipe is very similar to one of their energy bowls! Let’s get started!

First gather all of your ingredients! You are going to need –

2 .OZ of Vanilla Low Fat Yogurt
4 . OZ of Vanilla Soy Milk
2 TBSP of Peanut Butter
6 OZ of Frozen Strawberries
Some Ice
One Banana
Some of your favorite granola

Once you have all your ingredients add everything except the banana and the granola into a blender.

Blend until everything is mixed well.

And ta-daaaa! You are done! Slice your banana and place it on top of the mix and finish off this yummy snack with some granola sprinkled on top.

If you want to turn this recipe into a frozen treat, feel free and switch out the yogurt for frozen yogurt and add a tad bit more ice! I make this recipe whenever I am craving something sweet but still want something healthy!
