You all know I am such a little cry baby, but this week has been the ULTIMATE emotional week! My LAST week of Summer before I have a KINDERGARTENER! You have no idea what a hot mess I have been! I have truly been trying to just soak in ALL the time I can having both of my littles around.
Everyone always told me time would go by quickly, but it’s one of those things you just don’t GET until you LIVE it!
What a BUSY time of year this is! With Summer wrapping up, I feel like it’s the perfect time to start getting back into a daily schedule and being productive! One thing that I am SO excited to really make time for this school year, is taking care of myself and making time for my own health and wellness! I want to be healthy for these babies of mine so I can keep up with them and their energy!
Whether it’s getting more steps into our days, training for a race, or simply power walking to maintain our #momlife sanity – it’s time for us to get movin’ Besties! Over the past few weeks, I have taken the kids out with me to exercise in the morning and it has been SO FUN. Now – before you think i am CRAZY because it’s one million degrees here – We go RIGHT when we wake up, before it gets toooo hot! 😉
