“HOW TOs” For Throwing a Party

DIY PARTY

Thank you all for your nice comments and messages about Laila’s First Birthday Party!  I had such a fun time planning it! I have had several of you asking how some of the activities were done and how to make a few things from the party, so I thought I would put together a whole post today on “HOW TOs” for throwing a party!

HOW TO MAKE A BANNER:

Let’s start things off with the Happy Birthday banner. I LOVE this because it is super easy to make and can be done for ANY kind of party! You can choose any color scheme and write anything on it! So whether you are planning a Graduation Party or Anniversary Celebration, this banner will make your room really pop! My friend Mandi came over and was a huge help. She is so creative and just has an eye for things like this. So grateful for her!

HOW TO MAKE A FEATHER PEN:

A fun way to fluff up a party is by having a decorative pen at the sign-in table. Here are EASY steps to make a DIY Feather Pen. It will take you less than 5 minutes!

HOW TO MAKE A PHOTO BOOTH:

We love photo booths in this family! Did you know the CUTEST back drop to a photo booth is by a simple roll of wrapping paper?! Wrapping paper has every design for any party and all you have to do is tape it to the wall! SO easy… and SO picture perfect!

I will continue to add to this page so you can have a list of everything from the party and all of the instructions for anything you need! Good luck with your party planning!
