Oh my goodness – I still can’t believe it is already January! The holidays have come and gone… how did that even happen?!
Getting back into the swing of things is always bittersweet. Having pajama days and playing with toys all day by the fire is SO fun, but there is always an amazing feeling that comes with getting back into life and on a schedule again.
One thing my girl could NOT be more excited for – was to go back to school this past week. Doesn’t it just make your mama heart so happy when our kids ENJOY going to school and learning?! It makes them going out into the world so much easier, knowing they are happy!
What’s crazy though, is as our kiddos start heading back to school right now, we are in the height of cold and flu season! NOOOO!! But seriously, you know what I am talking about. Nothing is worse than picking up germs at school and bringing them into our homes!
So, guess what, as moms we are going to make sure we are stocked up and ready to fight those nasty germs, both at home AND in our kid’s classrooms! And we have a few ideas on how to do it today!

Honestly, cleaning and tidying up can be super fun for our kids… it’s all in how WE make them feel about it!
