Mindful Makeover – 30 Days of Meditation for Destressing As We Kick Off Summer!

If you are new here, every month we have a different focus for the month and in June our focus is: Be The Light By Focusing On Stress Management! This time of year can be a little overwhelming and the goal here is going to be: for each of us to have a simplified summer {taking our May simplifying vibes into June} and slowing it down, while soaking in the moments!

I am thrilled to introduce our upcoming 30-Day “Mindful Makeover” Challenge – starting June 1st! I looked at the calendar and couldn’t BELIEVE we are just days away!!

This challenge is an opportunity for each of us to dedicate time daily to meditation and quiet reflection, something I believe can significantly enhance our well-being and peace of mind.

Meditation can be ANYTHING quiet for 10 minutes every day. You can read, write, pray, journal, sit, do yoga, breathe and/or reflect. The goal is to find time every morning, afternoon or evening {whenever works best for you} and to be still.
